Design View Editor

The Design View Editor helps to design WML decks visually. The Design View Editor shows what you will be seeing in the browser. WAPPage facilitates card level design. The UI consists of two parts

• Cards

• Content of a card that is currently selected. (Card Pane and Control Pane)

Card Pane

 By default, a WML deck will have a card with TITLE "no name". The context sensitive menu of the cards list part shows three items

• New Card

• Delete

• Properties

A new card can be added to the current WML deck using the menu New Card. The menu item Delete removes a card from a WML deck. The properties of a card can be set, modified and deleted using the Properties menu item.

Control view Pane

A card in a WML deck can be designed visually by choosing visual elements for the WML tags from the tool bar. The Control Pane shows the card that is currently selected from the cards list. By default, it shows the first card's visual elements in the Design View Editor. The context menu of the Design view Editor of a card shows three items

• Delete

• Align All

• Properties

The menu item Delete removes a visual element of a WML tag. Align All menu item aligns the controls one below the other in the Design View Editor. The properties of all the visual elements of a card can be set, modified and deleted using the Properties menu item.
